Control Picking champs.. was easy again..
Full Speed nomistake, a Wrong routechoice to a control.. not that bad.. was tired a bit after yesterday and Still suffering after spending the whole night in a twisted sleeping position..
Was pretty technically and phisically aswell...

Was easy af..
A simple running course, however i Still managed to made a
Mistake about 30-40secs... wasnt patient enough to hold a puncutal Direction to the control so i missed it..
At least it gave me a lesson so didnt make the same mistake in the end..
Felt great phisically and technically was pretty aswell..

HB is totally false again..

10x200 contiunously with jogging back to start as rest..

all of them was beggining or mid 30 except last 2 to around end of 30..
rest was 60-70 sec till first 6 then increasd by slower jog speed to 80-90 in the end..

ran alone, felt tragedic.. was awful.. like my body havent experienced 200s..
it was pretty a new impulse after doing lots of endurance trainings.. hope i made a basement for a better training session as of next week's 200s

maybe my strength and core trainings take some energy from me aswell..:0
