Took the 6am session this morning; it was a paired circuit session, and as there were 5 members there, I had to make up the 3rd pair. We had a mats and wall sit station, a skipping station and a standing cardio station on the grass. Five times around all those activities took about 45 mins, switch the warm up jog and stretches, the timing worked well.
