long slow run 1:54:30 [3] 18.0 km (6:22 / km) +600m 5:27 / km

Jogged up and down Mt Big Ben in the Kiewa Valley. Got to the top (after almost stepping on a brown snake sunning itself on the road), to find the usual assortment of high tech towers, and no spectacular view. There was an impressive view of Mt Buffalo on the way up, however.

Head wind all the way home was a bit tough - after a big week at work...

Had a great tail wind on the way to work this morning! The down side of this is always the return journey - unless there's been a change in wind direction it's a head wind, and it was - that's ok, my 'training' has been non existent this week.
