Amazing orienteering event today. I did course 2 which had only 4 controls in 5.6km. Long legs in steep rocky terrain, with lots of route choice options. Thank you Neil!

Took the early morning session today with 5 people, so had to join in to make up the even numbers needed.

Tone it session that included resistance bands and heavy weights, with some super setting exercises
