3h scoreO at Blackfoot. Shoes were pretty nice but a little rubbing in the heel. Felt nothing in the shins so hopefully that is gone now. Paths in the forest were pretty overgrown so I didn't get as far as I hoped and had to kinda beeline back to the start. Legs were pretty dead at the end and it was kinda getting hard to breath coming back along the final parts of the road. Was also my longest run by 6k
