Walk to freedom
Karen's first foray outside since being asked to isolate. Wet muddy icy. Nice walk though. Disturbed three deer at one point, because using the smaller paths.

Right calf still lacking in full range of power. Can't really do heel raises well, or hop on it. So no running for me. This makes me very sad

Antarctica
Pushed myself quite hard up the hill and on the top to get a decent lunchtime walk in. Spikes were useful
Stunning views and snow.
Very sad to see the damage caused by 4x4s again up at the top of Keighley Gate by Cowpers Cross. 3rd time in a week or so.

Snow Joke
Very snowy, but heavy wet snow.
Moor is incredibly wet already and streams are torrents.
No-one else up on top. Which was nice.

Thaw
Wet, windy, relatively warm.
Lots of water coming off the moor. Very few people, if any. Lovely.

Right leg power coming back, to some degree, but still lacking the full heel raise capability. Also, right outside ankle feeling strained from taking up the slack I think.
