Just down the road to the event centre and back. Me being me, I did it pretty hard. Not full chat, but certainly pushed.

Got up at 7.30. On the bike at 7.38 - shot up the track to the head of Loch Etive. Beautiful morning. Saw some deer, but no otters or seals.
Pushed quite hard, although more with the left leg than the right.

Tried to cycle a green route with the kids and karen, but turned out to be too hard for eloise as she is not confident on the bike.
Mat and I did further.

Not a green route in my opinion. surface easy, but climbs very hard.

Went to the beach after, which was more to everyones liking.

Over the loch to the 6 days day 3 location. then around and about with the kids in the bay.

Back to the house over the loch in the plastic pig when dad decided he didn't like the choppy waters

Got beaten around the white course by a 3 year old. Grr.

Note

In Scotland, so won'tbe updating much.

Drove all the way up yesterday - hip fine. Cruise control on the motorway meant relaxed right leg.

Did exercises last night and had a nice walk this morning - hip feeling much looser.
Must take it easy though.
