What a difference a week makes.
Start of the week in scotland, I was still limping a bit, hip still very tight so couldn't stride out.
By the end of the week I was walking almost normally. Still a lot of stiffness in the hip, and first day back on the commute has left things a little tight and sore, but looking good.
Managed to do a crossed over leg glute stretch last night without groin pinching.
Back to being tired again. zzzzzzzz
