Hanging flags. Tying knots with cold hands is a real pain! Also had to go back and double-up on a few I had already tied because the wind picked up and I didn't want them to blow away.

Shins hurt less acutely while I was running, but still hurt.

Running back and forth between locations helping kids on their course. Time+distance are made up.

I taught ~30 kids to orienteer today! And it was really fun!

... but I can feel my shins actually throbbing now. Yeeeesh. Should probably ice some.

Checking locations for a teaching-orienteering course on MIT's campus. Had to move a lot of them because there wasn't anything hangable on the feature I initially proposed.
