Pine Cone Toss day #2! Ran Park + Back, plus strides on the track. Hope the guys do well tomorrow, and (maybe...just maybe???) make it to State (and I think the girls will make it!). I should be running with them, but because of my sucky season, I guess I'll be...orienteering!

Can't wait for WIOL #1 tomorrow at Magnuson, and to cheer on Districts! Let's go, Liberty!

Ran up the Squak Mt. Access Road, and damn, it's steep! Strava GAP of 6:25, even though I was going 11:50 up the mountain!

Turned back in the middle of a loop on the top bc I think I heard a bear in the bushes about 15ft below me and didn't exactly want a fight with a grizzly tonight. Ended up being a good thing, as I ran out of time as it was!
