4 matches, 2 with 2 sets and 2 with 3. Played around (not subbed) for all 10 sets. Pretty intense day.

Ran the trail next to my house until it ended at a parking lot, then turned around and headed back. Overall a descending trail but with tons of ups and downs in between. On the way back, the end has a stretch of straight uphill climb which I like. Me being smart decided to bring my sweatshirt and had to carry it all the way back after I took it off at the turn-around point.

Lots of transitioning off and on to net, worked up a good sweat. The bummer about volleyball is you can't wear a fitbit or similar to keep track of heart rate.

Looked at courses from past JWOCs (2 sprint, 2 mid/long). First mentally went through course quickly, making decisions as efficiently as possible, then went slowly through it after to learn as much as I could from it.

Moving for nearly the whole practice since there were only eight people.
Lots of jumping and quick movements, ended up being good cardio.
