occasionally jogging, frequently walking, usually doing a stylish limp down severe slopes

some route choices I would have done differently; there were a number that I did oddly because I wanted to avoid a certain slope/needed to use a walkway/et cetera while still attacking the control from the angle that I wanted to

random flare ups throughout; out of nowhere it got severe while walking on pretty flat terrain
