Watched the Indy Mini-marathon. Ran out from the place the running club people stayed to the Speedway; took pictures there. The race crew chief for the Speedway (an orienteer): "Vlad, why aren't YOU running?" Me: "I've done it once."
Highlight: The Kenyans (plus white boy rabbit and some tailwind) through the 5 mile mark at an about 4:20 pace. Rabbit gone, the course record survived.

After watching 19k people run by, one can clearly see the pavement shift back and forth.
