Hard to get out of bed but was psyched once i got to Halswell Quarry. Was a lot darker at the beginning then expected so tuck a couple of wrong turns and stumbles in the dark. Was having so much fun that I kept going all the way to the top!

A good fun decent down the bike tracks had me well worked in the quads - this is a bloddy good training run.

Hadnt slept great last night and woke up a couple of times

Evening Rock Climbing Session with Nick.

Started off at Uprising with some easy bouldering, then glute and shoulder physio work. Went to the Roxx and for top ropeing with Nick. Struggled on many of the climbs. Was working a steep 22 with a funny heel hook.

Finished with 10mins of core

Then over to Als for a BBQ to celebrate his month of elevation! (40,000m)

Bowen Vale Run up to Sugar Loaf.

Missed the rest of the group by misreading what end of Bowen Vale to meet at...still got my pre-run run in!!! And then ended up running super fast with Dan to ty catch the rest of the group... which never happened!

Feeling sluggish...and my right knee was a wee bit niggly but got better as the run went on.

WEnt over to Alans and Joannas for dinner after wards.

Have started to use My Fitness App to track my food intake...have to try get back to Febuary weight, as going back to work and drinking far to much milk has added a couple of uneeded kg's!!
