Went to race the Hamner Half but pulled out half way - IT band is super tight and also still sick with a cold... So did a chill 10km instead, which in hingd sight was still too much.
IT band had been ok all week - Thursday and Friday. Then woke up soar on Saturday.. Strapped it up and thought it might be ok, felt 50% when I was running and then got worse afterwards as I cooled down.
