Bluff Knoll Repeats
Turned around at the shoulder, two thirds up on the 3rd rep because of heat illness (it was hot and exposed today and I started to feel very dizzy and wobbly).
Rested for a bit then did a single rep up Mt Trio.
I’m pretty happy with that considering it’s the first elevation my legs have seen in 5 months!!!
Let’s see what I’ve got left in the tank for tomorrow’s session.
