Squad training at Sandal Beat

Did a bit of compass exercises followed by a map memory after lunch.

YHOA training at Sandal Beat

We did a mini simulation competition with a 3.9km course.
Took a steady pace round. I messed up slightly in the control circle on the final control, but other than that had a clean run.

9 AM

Went round the Cat Lane Canter route with Kaitlyn and Jake.
We did a very steady jog round and stopped every checkpoint to talk about the next bit coming up.
Felt like I had to shorten my stride at times, but the group kept a constant pace throughout.

8 AM

Went out for a bit before online classes.
Felt really tired so walked a lot of it (mostly the first half).
It also slipped my mind what time I left at, so had to cut it short to get home.

My ankle felt a bit funny afterwards but think it will be fine later in the day.

Definitely the furthest I have run in a while.

Went up through the woods to graves park, completed the graves park parkrun, and came back downhill through the woods.
