oh man! what happened today?
First i wanted to do a rest day but decided to run some minutes to keep my body going ... and how it was going. i was flying. i just ran at the pulse i'm used to run and was really really fast. it was just a short course but it felt very very easy and i had really fun!
i'm doing an easy week now with some fast parts. some sprints tomorrow and on wednesday 300m on the track to get some speed.
on sunday is my last o event for this year - venezia! :)
