vÄrstafetten - bedrift-orientering. there is a "company series" in trondheim which means high quality trainings for me. today it was relay. i ran the last leg and it was fun as we won! :) my race was ok. had some small misses but managed not to miss big time. getting back into it.

under normal circumstances i would have started training some days ago but there is still something left in my body. have to get rid off it before I start training again.
