was out in aigen for a run with wati, richi, john and aish. we just ran around on the gaisberg map and did 7 times 1min uphill runs. i'm too lazy to log the extra ... so i put in a 3.

the uphill minutes i would say were 4 the other running at 2-3.

it was really nice to run with john - i'm looking forward to sunday! :)

was out for a run with phil for an hour. afterwards i drove back the car and ran with warti to school to do our strength exercises + running home afterwards.

was out for a run alone today because wati wanted to sleep a bit longer! :) was a great run. muscles still sore and they hurt on the downhills. so i did them very slow :D somehow it was also fun running because of the fog. normally i dont like it if its foggy but today ... i enjoyed it! :)

christmas longjog today. i ran with richi (40mins) wati, robi and aishi. was really cool. i enjoyed it. my muscles are sore. both legs. more or less every muscle. thats because of playing soccer yesterday...!

there was a soccer turnier from my old school (www.bg3allstars.at) and i played with some old friends. was really fun. 6 times 10' running like mad! :P
we got 6th out of 13 but my friends are not so good... i always acted as last man in front of our goal and i shot also most of the goals of our team. that should tell you everything :P

did i very easy because of my throat!

had a great run today again. some very wet snow on the streets so i got pretty wet...!

had a good run today. beautiful weather started at 8 in seekirchen around the lake while they fixed the car! my breakfast always wanted to get up so it wasn't that funny. but speed and hr were ok! obviously my body is adapting... :)

hmmmm! i cant remember the last time this course took me longer than an hour! hr still too high. the pain in my sore hamstrings got better but still hurting ... i hope my shape will return soon! da** easy weeks :x

the good thing today: it was really incredible warm! i ran in shorts and also had to put up the long sleeves after 3mins of running because it was so warm! :)

Alright, my winter training started with todays run. It was pretty tough and my hamstrings are still sore.

I was out with Aishi because Rich is ill so i took the dog for a run. Aishi can't talk but it's a better partner than no partner! ;)

I wanted to find out where my aerobic threshold is located and run at this speed in my winter training.
i took lactate after 3.2km and a 2nd time also after 3.2km. after the 1st session i had 1.01 lactate - so it was really low. after the 2nd session it was under 0.5-0.7 so the machine wasn't able to measure it - obviously.
the hr was very very high ... but that's because of the last 3 weeks doing "nothing". that's always the same with me.

Playing Last Man Standing with my muscles!

As i had my easy weeks and my colleagues at the university all had to do some research i played the lab rat for a lot of them. There were sprints, tappings, jumps, endurance runs, cycling, strength things and so on. I had to find out the my muscles got some work to do to complete all the tasks. Now, i nearly managed to finish all of the examinations but it feels like there are not many muscles left which are not sore! The only parts of my body that aren't sore are:
MY CALVES. :D

But i also learned a lot about my body: I know I'm able to run 26.2km/h uphill (7%) for a while. My body is able to produce 12,81 lactate. I can run 60m in 7.64s and 10m in 1.71s. I'm also able to do tappings at a frequency of 17Hz and my fastest "groundcontacttime" on jumping down from 30cm is 141ms! my left leg is able to push 264kg, my right one 277kg. My bench-pressing maximum is at 67.5kg and bench-lifting at 65kg.
