Orienteering 39:21 [2] 4.38 km (8:59 / km) +70m 8:19 / km

little o training with some swiss :p was really nice. there were no controls but i had actually a pretty clear run. was unsure only one time were i made some xtra meters to check the surroundings and one 1' miss in the end. thats quite good for me! :)

legs great - looking forward to tomorrows 15k mass start.

actually i didnt want to train today but felix wanted to run 5k so i helped him a bit. this is warm up and cool down. breaks are included as well!

ran some laps with felix to help him. 4 400s and 2 800s. could really feel its a long time i trained on the track. something that will change in winter... every friday! :)

tiotog. that means night o training in groups - trains. 6 pieces - 5 made it to the finishlane. the whole things times 2 and a girls train was out there as well. really funny and awesome! but i have to really a lot ... uff

intervals on the schedule today for ntnui runners. actually i wanted to run cause i really like the single trails which were on the menu today... BUT its the last easy week now and i am not 100% healthy. so i will take it easy to be ready on monday when i will start to train serious again.

the sprint was a bit strange as i couldnt really push but never felt really exhausted. was really fun though ... we also had a labyrinth in the middle! :) was some 2:10 behind øystein kvaal in the end with missing about 50 seconds.

eye gave me a night full of pain and almost without sleep. tried to wash out the lotion and that helped. stupid stuff. eye is recovering quite fast now. i can already open it again. good.

no training today. found out i injured my eye last night. i have a scratch in the horny scon right on the pupil. sucks and hurts. had to put some lotion on it which made it really bad meaning i had to skip the aqua concert i was looking forward for 2 weeks. great.

night orienteering... first time in ... hmmm ... 2 years? must be something like that. time includes way to start as well (about 10', 1k + some climb). couldnt find the 5th control ... gps shows i was really close (10, 20m) but couldnt see the control or the stone ... disappointing. otherwise not as bad as i expected. fun!

usually its intervals on tuesdays but as i am still a bit sick i skipped them. i mean i could run them easy but i think i will postpone my training start until i am really healthy.

walked up to a little mountain. quite a bit of snow here already. some parts knee deep. and on some special places almost until the hip (wind helped...). awesome but strong contrast to ibiza. still liked it. still not healthy. no training tomorrow. want to start on monday with my winter training.

soccer indoors. 3 vs 3. fun but quite demanding. i guess i will be tomorrow or in to days... we will see. the calve is more or less ok. still pain at every step but i can deal with it ... some days and it will be ok

a bit of everything today - injured from the bike crash yesterday, still a bit sore in the throat and after 2 hours of sleep and a whole day travelling i am really day so no training for me today. i guess i will take it easy this week and start the training for next season on monday....

some more cycling in ibiza. legs tired from the beginning, a flat tire and a bad crash couldnt destroy my mood as it was just too nice to ride. almost 30 degrees awesome trails - perfect! very technical trails! :) tomorrow back to trondheim ... 5°C rain and wind :x
