short flatrunden. dark, rain, wind and a lot of water/mud. but was fun :) ran a bit faster as i usually do.

intervals. kind of chaotic session. wanted to do 6 x 1000m with start every 5th min. did the first two in 3:16 & 3:18 but already realised a lot of pain in the rips. so i took the 3rd one easy (3:29). it didnt get better. actually the whole stomach started to cramp a bit. so i didnt run number 4 but took a break and tried to relax the core muscles a bit. wanted at least to run 5 & 6 in 3:30. number 5 was 3:29 and as i had no pain on the last one i tried to run it as hard as possible - 3:12.

kind of happy with it. looks like the shape is way better than expected - I like! :)
