got a bit better. normally i would have started with training some days ok. but sometimes (in the morning) i can still feel some pain in my throat. i want to be 100% healthy before i start training.
got also good news today. from 1st of june i will reduce work from 100 to 50%. good for training i guess. :)
sickness getting better but still some pain in the throat.
i can almost walk normally with my toe.
and the backpain is gone
but one of my teeth is hurting.
some warmup included here as well. i start to get a bit more confident about my health and also visited a doctor today. he said its a virus infection which is about to pass or its Mononukleose. hope its the virus.
and i will get a new garmin watch as the old one didnt survive the swimming. got to know it today. nice. maybe i will have it in my hands by tomorrow.
i have to take it easy for a week. no hard training.
swimming. trondheim - munkholmen (small island in the fjord). fist minutes were terrible. i was really cold (water was about 7 - 9 degrees). but then it got better. :)
