i did a rest day today after i woke up with a sore throat. i am not sure about the meaning of the problems i had the last days but maybe i got again the virus i had already last year.

i should take it easy now and do a bloodtest to be sure...

including all the hiking i did today. was really hard. quads still empty. dunno why. 2h of the time was with the 15kg stuff.

they fixed our panorama camera and it was perfect weather today - almost no clouds. so we took our stuff at made the next part of your tour. we meaning mani and me in this case! :P

i jogged down the first part i walked up with the camera! :) 450m of climb down again on an awesome single trail!

i didnt want to go for a run when i came home but while sitting on the sofa watching red bull winning 3:0 in lettland (YES) i remembered i have a training plan now. so i took a look at it and found out that i still had to run for 90 minutes - a little bit faster...!

90 minutes minus 1/3 because i felt bad the last days minus a few minutes because of the hike meant about 45 minutes of running. on the plan was dl 1.5 - 2. so i just decided to run a bit faster than usual. i thought an avg hr in the high 50s would be perfect. thats what i did.

felt good. had no problems with the pace. no problems on the hills. nothing. strange stuff with my body right now. we'll see ...!

used my bike to do the warm up and warm down for the intervals. i drove with mani to a forest nearby and we did the intervals cross.

the ints. after feeling ok yesterday i did the them today.
but i didnt feel good. i mean i didnt feel bad either but there was no power in my quads and i just dont know why. i thought that exactly this is my strength. the power i in my legs in norway but obviously i just dreamed about it.

after the slow ints on the tracks, the bad fastish run on saturday and the bad ints today i am some kind of depressed. i dont know whats wrong and what i should do...! damn :x doesnt look good for the relay champs.

the max hr is 12 beats of the maximum. the regneration is really good.
the power in the quads. especially uphill. i dont know whats wrong.

as i felt crap the last 2 days i wanted to do an easy week with one day off today. but i got the need to run at least a bit in the evening and so i took my shoes and headed out. felt surprisingly pretty well so i ran almost an hour. i think i will not do an easy week now. instead i gonna try the scheduled intervals from today tomorrow. lets see if it works!
