finally i was out with the camera and tried to get some clips for a dvd. was fun to watch the runners in the forest! ;)

orienteering training with mani. it was a partner form. did two mistakes but it wasnt too bad. we ran it at medium speed. was real fun!

i drove back from the funeral to the trainingcamp today and did some easy minutes in the evening.

drove to the funeral of my grandfather today and squeezed in a run in the evening. started at 20.30 and it got dark soon because it was covered with clouds.

felt really good. looks like the shape is coming back!?

i was @ the sportmed today again. ck is back again where i should be after about 2 weeks "rest". one more easy week now and then i should get back in shape until the austrian relay champs.

the run today was easy it got only tough in the end because of my stomach...! the hr was also very high but i guess its normal after a long time without training ...!
