easy run in the "morning" (that means 11). felt ok hr still too high but i had again the feeling that the running is coming back to me!

started with an easy beginning today as the legs didnt feel really fresh but they got better and i ran a bit faster for a while. so the time logged here is the first 28 minutes of running plus 3' walking after the "fast" stuff and the last few mins back home.

the faster part. it wasnt really fast as you can also see looking at the heart rate. the legs feel to be honest awful ... it will need some time to recover and to get used to the training agian. 3 weeks are hopefully enough.

the next stage of our tour! ;) again some major problems with the camer so it took me pretty long too make the distance! :X walked about half of the course twice ... :X

as i am sticking to my plan i did a run later on. this one got a bit too long but it was no problem at all. felt ok and i had the feeling the pulse got lower again. i had also the feeling i found the "right step" again... smooth movement. we'll see. i think it was a step in the right direction today. maybe its getting upwards again^^

was out with mani again today to make some of the video takes. i did only a short walk because the weather got bad. was tough anyway. had to do 500m of climb down on maybe 3k ... :p

ran with mani the hilly run which was on the training plan. i felt ok but the pulse is still pretty high ... dunno why - was perfect running condition today with about 22 degrees and slight rain. exactly how i like it!

i also finally decided to stick to the training that works because i heart nothing from the actual trainer. so i will increase the hours and try to steel my muscles on the upper body!

wanted to do the faster long run rich told me but it didnt work as i wanted to. the pace was ok for these first 40 minutes. but everything started to hurt then: my calves, i got a stich, my rips and finally my stomach stopped me.
great training again. it told mani today that he should prepare to run the relay in the 1st team. after all these f*cking weeks i am more then sceptical that i can race as i want to ... :(

warm up and warm down for the planned ints.

Intervals intervals 14:47 [5] 4.0 km (3:42 / km)

wanted to do 4 x 2000m with 4 minutes break. all of them under 7 minutes.
already the first one was 7:07 meaning it was too slow. anyway, i thought the 2nd one will be better but i thought wrong. it took me 7:37 to complete these 5 laps and i was dead. got a stich plus my rips started to hurt again. so i decided to skip the intervals.

i think i should get back to the training style i had in norway. hours, hours, hours. it worked for me and the training right now obviously doesnt. there is not much time left to the austrian champs and i am getting some kind of a hurry!

i jumped on the ergometer in the evening because it was raining very hard when i wanted to go out for a run.

i drove with 150 watts @ 80 rpm. avg hr @ 121
