Running warm up/down 25:00 [1]

15mins warm up and 10mins warm down for the mattseer seenlauf. did not run the half marathon. i did the 13km course.

Running race 49:00 [4] 13.0 km (3:46 / km) +120m 3:36 / km

the race around the mattsee. was great to run - i liked it. but i guess it wasnt the best idea to train about 100 minutes the day before - thats not the best preparation ...

also got this pain in my rips at maybe km 7 or 8. tried to push but especially in the end on the fast part it just wasnt possible to push. i "just finished" thats also the reason why i only gave it a "4"!

really nice run with mani and draschi!!!!!!
we have to do it more often in the future!

felt good today. no problems with the speed. wanted to run 4:30 and we did it. so i am satisfied. felt pretty easy! :D

ran with wati and markus in the henndorfer forest.

ran a little loop to manis place and picked him up there. afterwards a bigger loop to richs place where i picked him up with his bloody dog! :p
the 3 of us did a loop around the golfcourse and than i struggled back home.

felt like crap. :X

ran intervals today - alone - and felt crap right from the beginning. 6x5 minutes with 2 minutes break between.

ran with mani the course we are going to run on sunday around the mattsee. we had a nice pace and the course is really great. i am looking forward to the race! :)
