Running 2:20:14 [2] 17.37 km (8:04 / km) +1080m 6:10 / km

didnt want to do a usual longjog so i drove to hintersee and ran up to the regenspitz. but i missed the path somewhere and was lost just somewhere :x
crawled and walked around and found a path later on. but i guess i lost some 30mins there where i just walked. anyway ... perfect awesome training! :)

warm up and warm down for the tempo run.

Running 30:59 [5] 8.5 km (3:39 / km) +75m 3:29 / km

tempo run around the kienberg. wanted to do 2 laps so i didnt push too much in the beginning. but after my calves and my hamstrings started to hurt again i decided to run only 1 lap and started to push. got some more pain at my rips (again :x) and also at my scapula. i was happy when i finished this lap! :X

drove down to ramsau and met a guy from trondheim who is on trainingcamp there. we made our way up to the dachstein and did some xc skiing. 2700m above sea level on a glacier! was really awesome! but bloody windy and cold in the end!

wanted to do some more serious training today but i still have to learn and i have to write an exam later on. so no time for it today! :x
but i guess it isnt too bad as my hamstrings are really really tight!

Running long 1:52:50 [3] 24.77 km (4:33 / km) +245m 4:20 / km

longjog today. felt stiff and heavy right from the beginning and already wanted to skip the run. but i got defeated by myself and did the run.

ran around the lake with an extra loop via drei eichen in the beginning. got some bad pain in my hamstrings towards the end. made it back home completely exhausted but happy! :P

warm up and warm down + the rest between the ints.

Intervals intervals 16:20 [5] 4.84 km (3:22 / km) +30m 3:16 / km

the plan was to do 8 x 4 min with 2 min rest.
i was only able to do 4 of them. i was always between "easy" running and running at the limit. my quads wer really empty so i quit after the 4th repetition. it was just like running easy the first 2:30 then i took a look at my watch and sprinted into the finish...!
one repetition was about 1.21km long - times were: 4:03, 4:07, 4:06, 4:04.

Running 30:50 [2] 7.06 km (4:22 / km) +135m 3:59 / km

had to run to the school because i did the club training. also had to fetch some stuff before and bring it back afterwards.
i wanted to take the bike to reduce the load on my legs but the backtire had no air. dont ask me why...!

so i ran^^

strength training with the club. i didnt do the one leged squads bec. they dont feel too fresh :x

i checked some controls for the school cup on thursday. easy one!

Running 30:10 [2] 7.55 km (4:00 / km) +90m 3:46 / km

ran home afterwards. didnt feel good at all and got really hungry on my way home!

edit: now i know why i didnt feel good ... i ran 4'/km after the race yesterday... strange^^ i felt slow :X anyway ...
