did an easy run today. ran with the heart rate monitor to see if i am fit again but its still some beats too high. it isnt as bad as it might look as i can run up to 160 bpm for my basic training.

one more rest day for me today. i will run a bit tomorrow and do some strength training. i hope that was enough time off to fully recover. time will tell.

i felt perfect in the morning. no sign of being sick or something else. but i didnt want to go training to fully recover and start over again.

some friends still convinced me to play some soccer as they were just 7. so i said ok and played. it was real fun but i am not sure if it was the right decision...!

woke up with a sore throat and a hurting cough. so i decided not to run the silvesterlauf in seekirchen. great.

i just cant get the point whats wrong this year. why am i always sick. i start to get really pissed. damnit!
