Running warm up/down 5:00 [2] 1.0 km (5:00 / km) +30m 4:21 / km

bit of a warm up for the race.

Orienteering race 1:05:03 [4] 7.7 km (8:27 / km) +420m 6:38 / km

arge alp "long distance". the run was definetly one of the better ones this year. only missed about 5 - 6 minutes. dani hubmann had a time of ~49:30. so not too far behind. plan was to run defensive to avoid mistakes. it worked most of the time. AND the most important thing. i had fun during the run and i between the mistakes some kind of a flow. cant remember when i had this feeling the last time! nice!!

Orienteering race 42:19 [3] 4.4 km (9:37 / km) +265m 7:23 / km

arge alp relay. ran an open course because we had only 2 elite runners but needed three for a relay. didnt care much about the run. the race was ok until 2/3 of the race. than i missed really a lot and got serious problems with my stomach. still handed over as first runner.
