Note

had planned to play some icehockey with the guys but worked until 4 and had a terrible headache. so i skipped it.

teste my resting-hr today. 35 is kind of normal. so i guess i am fit again. some soccer tomorrow. sunday maybe some icehockey and serious training will start again on monday.

actually i feel quite well again. on the other hand there is still a lot of slime left which needs to be coughed and snoted out!

happy with the run. felt smooth and i had a nice pace. i guess i will rest tomorrow to get a bit faster healthy! ;)

again feeling better. the air tube is still really dry and gives me some serious pain when i have to cough.

the last two "trainings" went well and i havent been outside the last 2 days so i decided to do a little run ... and it went well. no problems at all! :)

i am definitely sick now. nose is running, some coughing ... etc. that really sucks. i guess i will sit on the ergo for some 20 minutes - just to move a bit.
