traveled to trondheim today for my phd interview on monday. didnt train because i felt a bit strange after the flight. it was quite cold on the plane and i dont really like the air condition. hope i wont get sick again :x

usual thursday hilly run. tried to get my legs up there today. worked. uphill wasnt a problem but some pain on the downhills - just as expected!

but feeling much better than yesterday. some more days and it will be ok again! :)

what a struggle. quads are fu**ing sore from yesterdays hills and jumps @ strength training.

planned 2 hours. decided after 30' to cut it down to 60'. and after some 40' i thought i simply should run a bit longer. 81' is the result...

the ints. the first 3 ints went very well. after the 3rd one i was 45s ahead of my old pb. so i thought i might make it to the top. that was wrong. my quads were way to weak. could make it up the hill. had to walk quite a lot. :( still a pb but only by a few meters! grrrr

next time!!
