my pb from last summer on 5k was a 17:25 which is 3:29/k! i have trained well the last 3 months and felt really well the last days including today. so i wanted to try on 3:25/k. didnt work out as you can see. i will have to analyze the training and see what to do about it. frustration is here ... of course.

also got the pain in my rips again. got really bad when i tried to push in the end. had to walk a bit. lost some 10s on the last 200m. :x

legs felt great so i let em go. shape seems ok for tomorrows time trial. not yet decided if i do 3 or 5k. weather really sucks. it got quite warm so everything is melting and it rains. streets are full of water! xD

almost nobody at the club training so we played a little bit. wasnt too motivated after an awesome day of skiining in zauchensee. we had snowfall and a bit of fog and clouds but the snow was perfect. powder everywhere. yeehaw!
