relay. was really motivated. missed a lot. i guess 10'. again. and legs not the best. but this run was still the best in the last 3 days ... sad

the course was 8.9k long and bloody tough. it was technically really hard so i had to walk alot which u can see on the hr. still managed to miss quite a bit. one miss was about 12 minutes. cant remember when that happened to me last time.

what a bad day. fucke up @ university and screwed to o training i a really bad way. isnt life great? ...

time is not only orienteering. its about half o have running... to lazy to split it up as it were 3 downhill loops with running up again on pathes.

nice easy monday training. short as usual but its a rest week. ran some minutes a bit faster inbetween and the legs felt great despite the little stifness and soreness that is left from the training. i am really looking forward for the coming competitions. i think i am in really great shape. time will tell! :)
