a bit more of running. i had a 2h longjog on my plan today. but its exam tomorrow and felix 30 year party tonight and i had to prepare a lot and study... dont think i did enough for the exam tomorrow as i need a B. we will see. plan is party first - go home and study. sleep 2 hours and take the exam. maybe ... if i am lucky i can make it^^

one of the best runs ever.

headed out at 23.30. my light went out of battery but the moon lighted my way. everywhere 1cm of snow or frost or whatever it was. was like in a wonderland. and it was just me. was awesome to listen to the body, hear the rhythm of my steps ... just amazing. body felt really well. running on its own. was out there and i was simply happy

with the club to the int training where i watched them a bit and did some stretching. home afterwards. got a bit lost there in the forest in the dark with my little head lamp... but was fun! :)
