one day trainings camp part 1. a lot of snow and really hard terrain made the km-time quite low. i still enjoyed it. one bad miss otherwise really ok.

2nd session. was planned to be a fast race but my legs were not up to it. really dead in the end. this terrain simply killed me. didnt even manage to run on the flat swamps in the end ... uff

friday its ints and i feel healthy again. so i ran 3 drags but i took it easy. tested myself a bit on the last one. felt ok.
i will do 2 o-trainings tomorrow on of them fast. we will see how it goes.
hmm. looks like this will be the first day where I have to skip my training because of sickness. sucks but i really hope to be fit again by tomorrow. we will see.
