the race itself. i was some 74 minutes too late at the start. beginning was quite ok. then a big miss to 5. and the long route to 6 killed me physically and mentally. so more or less walked the rest. not good. something is wrong i think. also with my body. should do a blood test.

started at the norwegian night champs because i wont make it to the austrian sprint champs ... and actually starting there was the only thing i did. got so pissed on the way to the first control that i decided to jog the first loop and stop after some 5 or 7 minutes into the race. great attitude.

had to travel down to oslo already today as there my flight trondheim - oslo will be canceled 100%. maybe i can fly from oslo to vienna tomorrow to participate in the first qualification run.

some easy running. feeling great. first time i felt healthy in the morning since last wednesday. and i finally have the feeling i am on the right way again. yesterdays comparison to felix gave me some selfconfidence and the body will be even stronger and faster on saturday. then it really counts!

ran 2 sprintdrags with felix in the botanical garden in trondheim. body not at top. only 184 max but i pushed really hard. guess i can fix this until saturday. shape isnt as bad as i thought. i think i will be ok on the sprint race.
