10mila. 2nd team, 9th leg. body felt awesome on the warmup and i was ready but it went wrong right from the start. didnt follow my concept to the first and missed. pulled myself together and got a bit into it but despite hurting legs which has something to do with the shoes i felt really sick and almost threw up twice. started to feel better at about half way and wanted to push harder which i did. the result were more mistakes. went quite ok on the way back then but never got into a flow. always some stops and i was unsure all the way. i fell back from 71 place to 86. we ended up 83.

its really time i put myself together and get it right.

some running in finspang to test the achilles and the body as my throat feels a bit strange. looks like i am ok. both shape and health.

got on the bus at 4 am with ntnui and began my travel to finspang in sweden to run tio there. we arrived at 7pm and started to build up our camp. didnt train as the pain in the achilles is still qutie bad.

the sprint itself. decided to the first control not to run fullspeed as i had bad pain at the achilles running fast uphill. so far so good but i also didnt manage to keep the focus up afterwards which resultet in some misses here and there. leaving to tiomila tomorrow at 4 in the morning.

i am a bit concerned about my left achilles as it was hurting during the running. mhhhh
