with felix and espen. ski better but not good. i was tired. rips better as well. a lot of small tracks which made it quite exhausting for the arms.

"ints" rips are really painful. the heavier i breath the more pain i get. but i guess its not "dangerous". tested myself a bit in the beginning and ran 2 x 1000m then before i stopped.
