night-o. quite happy with this one. one stupid miss which cost me about 4.5' but i have to blame the map a bit on this one. otherwise it went really smooth. control all the time. getting ready for tio i guess.

long distance training. jogged the first 10, 15 minutes but felt terrible. obviously it was too much yesterday. walked afterwards.

the sprint was actually kind of a short distance. it was fun to run. body felt good for the first time and the orienteering went mostly really well. missed 3 x 1' and 90'' once which is way too much for such a short race. prochazka was fastest with ~22'.

night-o mass start. wanted to run some of the first minutes fast. breathing was quite heavy and i couldnt get the hr up. ran the first loop fast, jogged the other 2 and ran home.

spent half a day in prague and transfered from jablonec to sklarna. decided to try to jog a bit. night-o on the menu. didnt feel well and also missed a bit. one control was already taken in - i was looking for it ...
