whole day working for hu og hei a longdistance orienteering race in bymarka (30k). had to bike to a cmopetitor who got injured so i got some training. i guess about 30' biking and 10' running. thought i should log it.

again a bit worse concerning my health. already felt it yesterday but hoped it would go away during the night. it didnt. its nothing serious but i have to find out why i get sick that easy.
