finspångsorienteringen. wanted to use this one as training for the qualification next friday but the body still doesnt work as it should. just cant push - cant get the hr up. feels like i miss 2 or 3 gears... also missed 2 times 2 minutes towards the end as i got unfocused. stupid.

svartnatta. we chose to put quite even teams into the competition to have a fight between us. i got to run with olav who had a really good run. came in in 14th spot. i didnt see my control and lost 3 minutes. besides the body not working and getting nausea i "just" had a 2 minutes miss otherwise. bad run :x
first down to the ntnui gym at solsiden. never been there. its nice actually. then some ints on the treadmill. 5 x 200m and 5 x 400m. felt "quite" easy.
