i still think something is wrong. i just feel bad. bad in general. getting also nervous as I have the feeling I didnt really train the last 3 weeks. norwegian night champs tonight. we will see how it goes.
hard to say what my inflammation is doing. its still there but so far its no problem when running.

norwegian night champs. got quite bad pain in my stomach after 1 or 2 minutes. had to take it easy. got stomach cramps between 1st and 2nd control on the 2 nd loop. walked home.
