didnt manage to squeeze a run in on our 2nd day in namsos. jumped "a bit" on a trampoline and did some water skiing. guess i will be quite sore by tomorrow ... FUN!

traveled to namsos with work. managed to get a little run in which was awesome. no paths just somewhere through the forest. ran over 5 "peaks". perfect nature.

tough course and a lot of water in the marshes which didnt make it easier. missed the first control by a lot. had this control before and missed it also then. this are is just fu**ed up (i think...). good training anyway!

really tired pretty much from the start which isnt that surprising!

long travel home (including boat :D). could have trained but was kind of too lazy. had a lot to do with unpacking washing and i am also moving soon. seems like i wont get bored in the close future :)
