Hu og Hei! ran strong in the start but got serious problems with my hamstrings. i could already feel it after yesterdays running. so they got just tighter and tigher - never cramped. just inredibly sore. happy i (and all of the others) made me complete this course. its a tough one! winner had 4:25.

with thomas and vegard around bratsberg. 1.3 bar only in my back wheel (7, 8 is normal). not good. good feel the rims inbetween but i was lucky. no damage.
