uff. nice weather, perfect to run but the body needs some more days (weeks?) to handle this load. tired all the way. muscles and joints hurting. AND i ran out of energy after about 60 min... good to get home. good I did it.

felt bad the whole day. even tried a little nap in the afternoon but that didnt help either. at about 7, 8 i started to feel better and thought i could at least give it a try. felt quite ok then.
