ran ints today inside in leangen. 4 x 1500m with a bit more than a minute break. wanted to run them at 5.00 which almost worked. good session but not the best feeling in the legs. managed to push myself. good.

threshold running. 10.77km @ 3:53 pace @ 162 ahr. ran without pushing just tried to keep it rolling. heart rate quite low but muscles have to get used to it. hammies got a bit tight towards the end. good session.

short uphill intervals. fun to run in a big group - about 40. the ups were around 90 and the downs about 100. 2 min break between the series. we did 3 x 5 repetitions. tough one!

vikåsen lade loop. we ran a bit slow for my taste. i could only convince one to join me and he is obviously not that well trained ... the others ran up to liåsen. i have been there yesterday so didnt want to go there again.
