the first 8 weeks of training went more or less well. in average i ran 97km a week which is much more than i ever did before over such a "long" period.
i had hoped for a bit more but i also realised that the body and especially the muscles need more time to get used to the load.

i feel like i dont really get the running going. its dark, cold, a lot of work, there is some pain under my foot, stomach is kind of halfbad, hamstrings halftight ...

was supposed to run threshold intervals but legs still not feeling too good. we'll see about tomorrow. we ran in the forest on trails. was actually fun :)
