Note

the first 8 weeks of training went more or less well. in average i ran 97km a week which is much more than i ever did before over such a "long" period.

i had hoped for a bit more but i also realised that the body and especially the muscles need more time to get used to the load.

i feel like i dont really get the running going. its dark, cold, a lot of work, there is some pain under my foot, stomach is kind of halfbad, hamstrings halftight ...

at least i made it out and ran a bit...

thats slower than last week with a higher heart rate. always a bit disappointing...

i have some pain under the foot as well. the ball on the left side. not good.

took a shortcut. its supposed to be a bit easier week. machine works fine but legs got tired towards the end.
