around the lake. struck by the beauty of my home country.

also experienced a little adventure. had to walk through up to knee-deep water and snow for about 10 - 15 mins as a little river didnt manage to transport all the water ^^

knee is still hurting and freaking me a bit out. but i have had it before and it vanished by itself. so we will see.

wanted to do my temporun in the park of schönbrunn in vienna but the park closes at 17.30. so i just ran around a bit. did some loops in another park on the way home to get at least some 10k.

arrived in salzburg at 01:30. today up at 8 and went for a run. surprisingly light legs. got lost a bit because of a construction yard and never made it to my grandparents as i couldnt cross the small river. google maps said there is a road !!

damnit. i wanted to do the normal 2 hours long run today but i couldnt squeeze it in as i am going to home to austria today. it took muuuuch longer at work. so no training for me today. not good :(
