with Anton in the morning. Short loop around Bymarka. Legs very heavy in the start but got much better later on. Awesome weather but a bit cold in the morning. Especially in the shadow. Biked with thin gloves^^

6 x 1000m with ~90s break. 3:16, 12, 15, 11, 15, 05. very pleased. i should be tired but the body still works. awesome! easy to run fast, easy to push. the last 400m behind martin were quite tough.
